Due to an significant increase in our recent call volume, please be aware that your call wait times may take longer than expected as well as return phone calls. We work on our patients calls as they come in and also need to work on them based on the acuity of the call such as the acute illness or concerns. Our Non urgent calls that come in, in the late afternoon may not be returned until the following business day. We are also able to communicate through your patient portal for non emergent matters. Dr. Beney and his staff will treat your family like our own. We offer extended early morning hours, weeknight hours and weekend appointments to help work with our patients busy schedules. Now with two office locations in Lockport and Wilson, Dr. Beney is accepting new patients for internal medicine and pediatrics.

Monday -Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (Phones are off from 12-1 for lunch) Should you need us after hours, please call our main number at 716-433-2674 and you will be transferred to our after-hours answering service. Our answering service will then contact the on call provider and the provider will get back to you.

Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases.
PEDIATRICS
Pediatrics deals with the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents, and the age ranges from birth up to 18-21 years of age.

If you have an emergency that is life threatening, please call 911 whether during our regular hours or after hours. Please try and give us a call before going to the ER/Urgent Care Center. We may be able to manage your symptoms until we can see you in our office or we can call the ER/Urgent Care Center to help prepare them for your needs.

Dr. Beney and staff are proud to announce that we are a teaching office. Dr. Beney, along with his Mid-Levels proctor residents, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and medical students from Damen, and UB Medical School. Dr. Beney feels strongly about having these students grow and learn medically at his practice and is honored to work with the future generations of medicine. There may be a time when you are seen that a student will be with the provider, if you do not wish to have a student at your visit, please let our check in receptionist know and we will make note of this in your chart.
